My Business

Being open to the world and cultures I became a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator by The Cultural Intelligence Center LLC in Germany headed by prof. David Livermore, the president of the center. Global thinker and author of the books “The Cultural Intelligence difference”, “Leading with Cultural Intelligence” to mention a few.

Continuing on Panda Kung Fu I have designed movie based training to embrace your awesomeness.

I deliver solely or with the team of other trainers  customized workshops and seminars on: public speaking, train the trainer ToT), team building and personal enhacement programes designed under request.

I lead Cultural intelligence seminar and assessments.

Or just have a talk or walk.

Crossing from the USA, Japan, Russia, India and Asian countries and most of Europe, I had an opportunity to learn and share new experiences and skills in different places. I have been working with individuals and organizations at European institutions in Brussels, Council of Europe, delivered trainings in India, raising funds in Lithuania, studying media law and dispute resolution in Denmark, participated and expertized an intercultural language programe by the Council of Europe in Germany.  I  hold  Master of laws degree however professionally work as a training consultant and specialist at the global money transfer company. Since 2008 on a personal and organizational development, cross cultural communication, leadership and concentration topics I provide my services.  Already few years I give seminars on cultural intelligence (CQ) topic and issue assessment on it.

For the past 10 years I was managing, leading and executing projects and organizations in private (financial institution, employment services), public (quality assurance in higher education) and non profit industries (environmental charity).  I am a member of active young citizens network globally - JCI - Junior Chamber International. In 2014 I serve as a National President at JCI Lithuania. I am jury member for the Nordic Business Report for entrepreneurs "30 under 30".
